Confirmed

So, that’s it. It was pretty inevitable, but it’s been confirmed today that it’s definitely RHD2.  I love living in our idyllic rural location, surrounded by wildlife including wild rabbits, but on this occasion I suspect it has been the source of infection which is virtually impossible to stop spreading.  Especially because our two cats actively explore the area and then no doubt trample any virus particles all around our house, and heavy farm machinery is nearby and will no doubt also go some way to ‘helping’ it to spread around.

I’m back from Edinburgh and very relieved to find that everybun here is alive and well. So the 7-day countdown continues.
